MARCH 1908-1981 VIA HAND DELIVERY In response to the Staff's December 28, 1999 comments, we are now resubmitting the Hearthfire Way Annexation and Zoning. Enclosed for processing are the following documents: Application Form (revised original); 2. Updated Affected Property Owners list (1 reproducible list and 2 sets of mailing labels for additions since our first submittal) and check for $4.00 (50 cents/label for one set of mailing labels); 3. Petition for Annexation (original and 4 copies) signed by Hearthfire; Inc., the property owner. Please note that Larimer County is no longer a petitioner, since the property proposed for annexation does not include any of the Douglas Road right-of- way; 4. Statement of Principles and Policies and Consistency with the Structure Plan (original and 3 copies); 5. Annexation Plat (18 folded copies); 6. Deed of Dedication for Right -of -Way to be recorded concurrently with the Hearthfire Way Annexation Plat. You will recall that the Hearthfire Way Annexation includes a small parcel at the southwest corner of Hearthfire Way and Douglas Road, which is part of Tract 2-A of the Amended Exemption Plat. In accordance with your May 13, 1999 letter to Larimer County Planner John Pedas, the County has permitted a development identification sign in this location pending completion of the annexation. The parcel for the sign meets the minimum lot size requirement for the zoning requested
