Resubmittal
Dear Steve:
ARTHUR E. MARCH

VIA HAND DELIVERY
In response to the Staff's December 28, 1999 comments, we are now resubmitting the
Hearthfire Way Annexation and Zoning. Enclosed for processing are the following documents:
Application Form (revised original);
2. Updated Affected Property Owners list (1 reproducible list and 2 sets of mailing
labels for additions since our first submittal) and check for $4.00 (50 cents/label for
one set of mailing labels);
3. Petition for Annexation (original and 4 copies) signed by Hearthfire; Inc., the
property owner. Please note that Larimer County is no longer a petitioner, since the
property proposed for annexation does not include any of the Douglas Road right-of-
way;
4. Statement of Principles and Policies and Consistency with the Structure Plan
(original and 3 copies);
5. Annexation Plat (18 folded copies);
6. Deed of Dedication for Right -of -Way to be recorded concurrently with the Hearthfire
Way Annexation Plat.
You will recall that the Hearthfire Way Annexation includes a small parcel at the southwest
corner of Hearthfire Way and Douglas Road, which is part of Tract 2-A of the Amended Exemption
Plat. In accordance with your May 13, 1999 letter to Larimer County Planner John Pedas, the
County has permitted a development identification sign in this location pending completion of the
annexation. The parcel for the sign meets the minimum lot size requirement for the zoning requested
