On Thursday, April 13, 2000, beginning at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as
possible, 281 North College Avenue*, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Hearing for J.L. West PDP, 726 S. Lemay Avenue, #39-99.
The request is to split the lot, which currently contains Wok & Roll Teriyaki, into a northern
and southern piece. The northern piece will continue to contain Wok & Roll. On the
southern piece, the applicant would construct an additional 3,240 square foot retail/office
building. The lot is approximately 39,714 square feet, located on the south east corner of
Lemay Avenue and Riverside Avenue. The property is zoned E — Employment.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
