Re: Harmony Technology Park Amended ODP

Please allow me to correct several inaccuracies contained in your February 9,
2000 neighborhood meeting notice with regard to the above referenced project:
1. There are various objectives to this amended ODP.
a. The alignment and design of Cambridge Street through a cooperative effort
between the three.(3) private property owners and the City of Fort Collins.
b. The development of an overall storm drainage plan for the three (3)
properties which would include a method for the existing area of the
Harmony Technology Park to outflow storm drainage through the other two
(2) properties.
c. The introduction of a complementary mix of land uses, including
employment, hoteUrestaurant, retail, and multi -family.
2. The location map is inaccurate. First, the approximately 7-acre property
fronting on Harmony Road and containing the red barn is not part of this
project. The included and excluded properties along Cambridge Street are
not correct, and I have included the attached drawing indicating the correct
information.
