On Thursday, April 13, 2000, beginning at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as
possible, 281 North College Avenue", the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Hearing for Timberline Road right-of-way, Plat Review, #6-00.
The request is for review of the right-of-way and easement plat to define Timberline Road
across the King Fisher Point natural area on the portion of Timberline Road between East
Prospect Road and Highway 14: zoned POL — Public Open Lands.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
