13. Return redline documents — Both redline drawings have been returned with this re -submittal.
14. Applicant's response within 90 days — our re -submittal with staff comments is within the 90 day
window.
In addition, we have made any additional corrections to the drawings from the two (2) redline sets you
provided. I have provided one set of drawings for your approval. Once received, I will furnish you with

RE: Resubmittal of Zoning Package — 425 W. Prospect Rd.
Dear Ron:
We received your letter dated 3/7/00 with Staff Review Comments to the proposal for a telecommunication
facility at 425 W. Prospect Rd. Enclosed are our comments:
1. Site plan Win 500' ofproperty — see sheet 2 of 5 for site plan.
2. Delineate property line setbacks & ROW improvements — The full property is delineated on sheet
2 of 2. No additional setbacks and ROW improvements have been shown as this proposal's
impact is fully contained on the roof of the blg.
3. Plan sets to include big. envelope/footprint dimensions — This proposal doe not modify the
existing building envelope and footprint dimensions, therefore is not included.
4. Re -label sheet plan sets — All sheets have been re -labeled to Sheet 1 of 6 et cetera.
5. North arrow shown on all plans — This modification has been made.
6. Show existing zoning in vicinity — Zoning is reflected on sheet 2 of 5, within 500'.
7. Show south elevation plan — The south elevation plan is shown on sheet 6 of 6.
8. Reference existing antenna locations — The notation regarding antenna locations on sheet 2 of 5
has been removed.
9. Indicate all building colors and materials — We are trying to locate the specific paint information
from the property owner to match the color of the building. At this time, it has not been obtained.
Once received, this information will be reflected in the building permit drawings.
10. Submit proposed colors to be painted & screen eqt.— Antennas and cables that are attached to the
wall of the big. will be painted to match the existing wall. We do not have this specific color
identified at this time. The eqt. cabinets, along the north and east comer of the big. will be
screened with a material that will be painted to match the wall of the big. The color will be a
muted earth tone, as is the current building.
11. Access roadways can support emergency response eqt. — Poudre Fire Authority has already
responded with no comments on March 2Id. I have confirmed this with Ron Gonzales. In
addition, existing roadways and driveways are used to access to the roof of the building, where the
proposed site is located.
