Final design review by the Landmark Preservation Commission was held at the LPC meeting of August 9, 2000. The final design was approved with conditions. The building elevations will be revised to address these conditions and resubmitted for review separate from this resubmittal. 2. Cut sheets for the bike lockers to be purchased and installed by the City of Fort Collins are attached. g. The proposed fixtures for the site and building -mounted lighting are the same fixture style, lamp type and color approved and installed for the entire Mason Street Corridor, including the current Transfort/Kiss-N-Ride drop lane, the Justice Center and the Civic Center Parking Structure. They have also been recently approved and used as building - mounted lighting on the Mawson Block project. This fixture style is consistent with the design intent of the project and was part of the review process by the LPC. h. 1. Rooftop mechanical equipment will be screened by either the existing brick parapets of the building or prefinished screen elements placed around the equipment, as shown on the revised building elevations. 2. The existing gas main is surrounded by existing shrubs which screens the existing piping and will provide screening for the gas meter when installed. The transformers, located north of the building, will be screened by shrubs, the existing dock, and the proposed brick trash/recycling enclosure. i. Noted j. Noted.
