HomeMy WebLinkAboutDOWNTOWN TRANSIT FACILITY - PDP - 9-00 - MINUTES/NOTES - MEETING COMMUNICATION (3)Transit Center- First Planning Submittal submitted February 16th. No up sizing stormsewer in Mason at Laporte. Need to relocate BNRR equipment on Maple- informed Eileen B. Nolte needs to determine location of BNRR equipment on the Transit Center site. ATT service for Transit Center to come from 281 service. Howes Outfall- complete crossing of Maple Street by March 13th. Close Laporte Avenue March 21st. Move parking from Block #32 to Block 922 temporary week of March 6th, then to Block #33; then back to Block #32 when all backfilled. Jay R. to contact Hensel Phelps about moving trailers and cars. Light & Power to start duck bank March 15th. Cite] to start work March 28th. Streets- BNRR work has possibly been delayed- having a hard time making contact with them. Grimm Construction to complete east side of track the Laporte/Mason intersection for Engineering- working with Jay R. Light & Power will need to find power for the BNRR equipment being relocated to the Transit Center Site. Sidewalk from Justice Center to Mountain west side of Mason- might change schedule and complete with the Mountain Stormwater Project- Eileen B. working on. Most likely won't build with the Laporte/Mason intersection. North crosswalk on Mountain/ Mason to be installed with the Laporte/Mason work. Communication Work- install fibre and copper phone lines in duck bank March 28 thru March 30th. REPORTS: Public Service- no report. U.S. West- no report. ATT Cable Service- all under control. Electric- see above. Water- no report. Sewer- no report. Citel- see above. Traffic Signals- Eileen B to have engineering stake traffic signal pole location for Dan H. Traffic Control- no issues.
