Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-0580 RE: Meeting held on 12/16/99 to request reducing the minimum separation requirements for a group home at 703 Peterson, project #39-99. Dear Board Members: I wanted to write the Board regarding the meeting that was held on 12/16/99 to review our request to modify code 3.8.6. Although we were denied our request for modification I did want to state that I believe we were treated fairly in this process and that the information that was presented both by myself and the neighbors was viewed objectively and that consideration for both parties was given equally. Mr. Troy Jones was very helpful in educating me about the process to request a modification and was helpful in his guidance during the process. Thank you for volunteering your time to address planning and zoning issues for the City of Fort Collins. cc: City Manager
