We have twenty four apartments at that location and the majority of the units are occupied by • longterm tenants. We already have a group home two doois.away from our property and the tenants are bothered by, e problems this creates. It is unfair to ask them to tolerate another group home m such `close proximity to their homes. As an investor in Ft. Collins, to jeopaazdize'our property value by placing another group home so close to the existing one and so close to our property is unconscionable. We will literally be sandwiched between two group homes. We want to make our views clear to the city and say that we strongly object to the proposal to modify the Land and Use Code to allow an exception to the 1000 feet separation rule.
