If any new structures are proposed in the future for the property, floodplain regulations may apply. 13 Issue Contact: Brian Grubb What is Planned for the property? Currently only 1 or 2 water services extend to the site from Myrtle Street. If additional services are needed, street cuts/repairs will be needed. Will we see utility plans prior to development? 18 Issue Contact: Brian Grubb The name is confusing. The name Myrtle Court is confusing because Myrtle Court is on the West side of town. 19 Issue Contact: Brian Grubb Lot Width - Be advised that the 42' wide lots will allow single family dwellings only per the zone district requirements. Please see section 4.7 Neighborhood Conservation, Medium Density District (NCM). Engineering 2 Issue Contact.
