Denver, CO 80211 Dear Mr. Brannon: This is in response to your request to a 30 day extension to the Land Use Code requirement that project revisions be resubmitted to the City within 90 days of the receipt of your comment letter. Based on_the indication that your revisions will be resubmitted very soon, I will grant the 30 day extension. Revisions will be required no later than April 23, 2000. Please be aware that there are no provisions for additional extensions. If we do not receive your material by the date indicated, your application will become null and void.
