Staff has reviewed the Hearthfire Way Annexation and Zoning documentation (including the
plat and petition) that was re -submitted to the City on April 20, 2000, and would like to offer the
following comments:
The Police Department indicated that they have no concerns or comments regarding this
annexation and zoning request.
2. Roger Buffington of the Water/Wastewater Department stated that he has no concerns
or comments regarding this annexation and zoning request.
3. Ellen Switzer of the Light & Power Department stated that this area is within Poudre
Valley Electric Association's service territory. Service Rights Fees will apply to electric
service following transfer of territory to the City of Fort Collins Utilities. Please see the
attached letter to property owners.
4. Dave Stringer of the Engineering Department stated that the City needs a signed
Attorney's Certification for the right-of-way dedication. The original Deed of Dedication
for Right -Of -Way is being returned to March & Liley with this comment letter.
5. The Mapping/Drafting Department asked ;if Outlot A was designated as a public right-
of-way on the Amended Exemption kat in Larimer County?
5. Peter Barnes of the Zoning Department stated that he has no concerns or comments
regarding this annexation and zoning request.
6. Clark Mapes of the Advance Planning Department stated that he has no concerns or
comments regarding this annexation and zoning request.
