A note has been added to the landscape plan regarding the installation prior to CO, or financial guaranty. 4. The maximum building height has been changed to reflect the actual height of the buildings as shown in the architectural elevations. 5. The plat has been revised per comments. 6. Monument sign has been removed at zonings request. 7. Building #4 and its building envelope has been moved 4' from the property line to accommodate the required 15' setback. 8. All site amenities are now coordinated with the landscape plan. 9. It is our belief that a weekly 400' walk would benefit the average resident. I trust that after many meetings and a total redesign based on everyones input, we now have a plan that will meet all applicable criteria. Modifications were requested of and granted by the Planning and Zoning Board that address these issues. 2. A trim board was added between adjacent units to differentiate units at advanced plannings request. There were also several roof line changes and the addition of pediments to help provide additional visual interest. 3. Light and Power had no comment. 4. Several coordination meetings have been held with the Stormwater Utility Department, and we belive that we have now addressed all of their concerns. 5. a. We are providing the requested 57' R.O.W. for Pennsylvania Street as well as the adjacent utility easements. We are not however providing the actual roadway, as its ultimate design and disposition has not been determined. The "roadway width" referred to by Transportation Planning is actually an emergency access easement meant to accommodate PFA. b. Bike Parking facilities are now shown on the site plan. C. Handicap access ramps are now shown on the site and landscape plans. 6. Building envelopes are now designated on the plat. 7. Traffic Operations had no comment. 8. Attached is our response to Zoning comments. 1. Utility meters on buildings are screened by the screen walls as shown on the architectural elevations. They are also screened by the landscaping provided for this purpose, refer to landscape plan 2.
