All of the units will be affordable to households earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income ($45,050 for a family of 4). Therefore, it qualifies for Priority Processing and a 100% waiver of its Development Review Fees as an affordable housing project. The waiver only applies to fees charged by the Current Planning Department. Please implement Priority Processing procedures for this project's development review process.
