Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80525 RE: # 13-00 Arbor Plaza Soundtrack PDP — Type II Dear Mr. Jones, The Fort Collins - Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation District have reviewed the above mentioned project and submit the following comments. All existing District facilities are to be relocated or adjusted to accommodate final grade and the proposed design, in accordance with District specifications. The developer is responsible for all costs. The Districts do not allow landscaping within the District's easement or within 10 feet of District facilities. After some discussion and Mr. Farrill's review of a project drawing he had on file for the project, it was of his opinion that there would not be any problem landscaping within the said easement as long as we maintained the required ten foot clearance around the existing fire hydrant.
