Jon City Planner 2 Community Planning and Environmental Services Current Planning City of Fort Collins January 18, 2001 Rachael Linder VF Ripley and Associates 401 West Mountain Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80521-2604 Staff has reviewed your submittal for Rams Park P.D.P and Major Amendment to West Elizabeth Final Compliance, and we offer the following comments: COMMENTS: A. Water/Wastewater Department, Engineering Department, and Stormwater Utility Department, Transportation Planning: a. Please see the attached comment sheets and/or redlines from these departments. B. Current Planning: 1. Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the final compliance project application becomes null and void. Your response to the City's concerns is due by April 18, 2001. A 30 day extension to this deadline is available. All requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning Director..If remaining issues are those that do not require plan revisions, a status report verifying continuing efforts toward resolving the issues is required within the some timeline. 2. All previous Current Planning Comments have been addressed. 3. We are not ready for mylars until all issues from Stormwater, Engineering, and Water/Wastewater have been resolved. If any of the remaining issues are not clear, we may want to set up a meeting to discuss the details.
