This letter shall act as authorization and permission for the developers of Rams Park
Apartments i.e., the Campana's, to adjust the glade at the northern property line of the KFC
site at 2140 W. Elizabeth Ave. and install trash grates at the detention pond. It is Harman
Management's understands that Campana's contractors will need to come on the property to
do this work. TSis authorization is contingent upon said work being done in a professional
manner and all areas left in as good a condition as before said work started. All work done on
or around the site shall not interfere with the normal business operation of the KFC restaurant.

Further more all landscape materials added or altered shall be warranted for a period done to
year from the date of said work. And it is agreed between both parties that any �e don lly
