RE: King Soopers/Elizabeth Driveway
At a recent neighborhood meeting regarding the Rams Park Village Apartments, I agreed
to perform the capacity analysis at the intersection of W. Elizabeth and the King Soopers
driveway. The table below displays the results of the analysis for the critical movements.

There are two points of clarification in the above table. The first is that there were no
vehicles counted for the southbound movements during the morning peak hour and
therefore no capacity could be calculated. The second point is the LOS F for the
afternoon northbound and southbound left turns. This is typical urban condition at stop
sign controlled intersections with arterial roadways. The Rams Park Village project has
very little impact on exasperating this condition.
