Water and Sewer Utility Department: a. This redline and comment sheet was given to you on April 5, 2000. 2. Stormwater Utility Department, Transportation Planning: a. Please refer to the attached comment sheet and redlined plans from these departments. 3. Natural Resources: a. Please see attachment about layout and design of trash enclosures to incorporate recycling. 4. Historic Preservation: a. You may be eligible for financial incentives for the preservation of this structure. Please see the attached information about this property and the financial incentives available. 5. Poudre Fire Authority: a. As per discussions between the applicant (Joel Painter) and Tom Demint (of PFA), sprinklers will not be required.
