I am appointed by the National Board of Directors and arty responsible for activities in four different states. Fortunately I live in Berthoud, Colorado and have been very active with Sigma Phi Epsilon Chapter in Fort Coffins, Colorado. It is my understanding that the RTC organization is looking to expand their facility, m the neighborhood where our chapter house is located, from 8 to 20 residents. our fraternity supports this action 100%. Sigma Phi Epsilon goal is to develop future leaders. Our leaders actively works with Project America, and have developed the "balance mad' project. The goal of the balance man project is to develop leaders for a life long endeavors to include active work in the communities where they are located I have been discussing on the local and national level the positive irnpact Sigma Phi Epsilon could have on the RTC residents. As a practicing attorney, and previously a certified rehabilitation counsel, I believe I have a unique outlook on the discussions involving the RTC expansion in the neighborhood.
