The proposed project is known as Peak View Estates P.D.P., #26-00. This is a request for 58 dwelling units divided between 48 multi -family and ten single family detached units. The project is 9.21 acres in size and located on the south side of West Elizabeth Street between two residential neighborhoods, Sienna P.U.D. and Lory Ann Estates. The 48 multi -family dwellings are divided among six 4-plexes, four 3-plexes and six duplexes. Pleasant Valley Road is proposed to be extended to both the east and west to connect the Sienna and Lory Ann Estates neighborhoods. The Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal runs through the southern portion of the property. The request includes three Modifications of Standards.
