Dear Ted Sheppard,
Enclose are the re -submittal drawings, review continents and revisions for Peak View Estates, located on
West Elizabeth Street.
The following are the responses to the review statements as address by staff and the respective reviewing
agencies.
Engineering
4. Site Plan. Notes for driveways have been added and the responsibility for the maintenance, upkeep
and repair for the private drives shall be the responsibility of the Home Owners Association, as
required by the City of Fort Collins land use code section 3.6.2(L) 4. This will be incorporated into
the covenants prior to final approval of Mylar's.
6. General notes have been revised.
11. Plat. Tracts have been noted and respective tracts for single family attached housing shall be
responsible for the respective maintenance and upkeep for the open space and infrastructure as noted
on the plat.
