September 13, 2001
Dear Resident:
On Monday, September 24, 2001, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Westminster
Presbyterian Church, 1709 West Elizabeth Street, Fort Collins, CO. 80521, the City of
Fort Collins Current Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting
to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood.
This is a residential project is known as Peak View Subdivision. As proposed, there
would be a total of 58 dwelling units divided between 48 townhomes and ten single
family houses. This project is located on the south side of West Elizabeth Street,
between Sienna and Lory Ann Estates. The Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal runs
through the southern portion of the property.
Pleasant Valley Road would be extended so that there would be a connection between
Sienna and Overland Trail Farm. Parking and access to Overland Trail Park would be
provided on his new extension of Pleasant Valley Road.
This will be the second neighborhood meeting for this project. The first meeting was
held on July 17, 2000. Minutes to this first meeting are available on the City's web site
at http://www.fcgov.com/currentr)lanning/r)df/minutes.gdf
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived form
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call our office at 970-221-6750.
Sincerely:
X J-eL
