Dear Mr. Shepard: Via First Class Mail and Hand Delivery This letter Is a request for another six-month extension of time to achieve final compliance on the above -mentioned project. The original project approval date was December 12, 2001, combined with an initial six month extension sets the expiration date at June 12, 2005. We plan on achieving final compliance and recording the plat prior to the current expiration date, so this extension is a precautionary measure should minor delays hinder our progress. Dear Brett: We have received your request for the second consecutive administrative six- month extension for Plantation Manor P.D.P. The request is approved. The P.D.P. was approved on December 12, 2001. The current deadline for the first six-month extension for completing the Final Plan process is June 12, 2005. With this second six-month extension, the new deadline is December 12, 2005. Should this time frame not be sufficient, please be aware that you are eligible for an additional extension but that such extension can be granted only by the Hearing Officer. Please notify our office no later than November 12, 2005, if you need to request this additional extension. As always, please call our office if you have any questions at 221-6750.
