Sidewalk/path issues Repeat Comment
Sidewalk/path serving units 29-34 should be detached with parkway. This is serving as
a sidewalk for these units so please design them as such. Use same design standards
as for the sidewalks in the rest of the development. (LUC 3.6.2 K1-5, 1-1-5)

Please revise landscape plan to have 10 feet of separation between storm sewer and all
trees. A note is not adequate, plans need to show what is actually going to be built.

Please revise flow calculations in Basin 2 and Basin 3. The minimum time of
concentration is 5 minutes, not 10 minutes. Please reanalyze the inlet in basin 2 with
this new flow.
