This is serving as a sidewalk for these units so please design them as such. Use same design standards as for the sidewalks in the rest of the development. COLLINS, CO 80526 Staff has reviewed your submittal for PLANTATION MANOR PDP -TYPE II #39-00, and we offer the following comments: ISSUES: Department: Engineering 29 Issue Contact: Dave Stringer Add note to plat regarding maintenance responsibility of drives,tracts and sidewalk/curb and gutter 30 Issue Contact: Dave Stringer look at eliptical, tongue and groove or ductile iron pipe to provide better cover over pipe on Big Ben 31 Issue Contact: Dave Stringer Are off -site easements needed for storm sewer work on south side of Horsetooth? 32. Issue Contact: Dave Stringer Sidewalk issue to east property still needs to be addressed 33 Issue Contact: Dave Stringer Does existing sign/signal at west end of Horsetooth and project limits need to be relocated? Department: Light & Power Issue Contact: Doug Martine Water service from Big Bend Dr. to building #2 needs to be moved to be 10 ft. south of the sewer service. This is necessary to provide space for the electric service to the building. 27 Issue Contact: Doug Martine Planned streetlights are shown (red line) on the landscape plan sent to planning via inter -office mail.
