Streetlights are planned along Crescent Dr. at A) east side, immediately south of the private Dr. (N-W of unit #13), B) East side between units #18 & # 19, C) west side in front of units #3 & #4, D) WE corner of Horsetooth Rd & Crescent Dr. (along Horsetooth, just east of the sidewalk ramp). These lights must be shown on the landscape plan and street tree locations adjusted to maintain 40 ft. minimum clearance between the lights & trees. 3.
