There is nothing in that portion of the site to light. The landscape aregdoes not need to be lit. Please remove the light fixtures from the proposed pole. d. Add two shrubs to the north side of the enclosure to screen it from view. e. We are ready to schedule a type 1 hearing. Please give me a call to coordinate the timing of the hearing. Please provide me 2 copies of the plans reflecting the above comments at least 2 days prior to the hearing. No Comments. 2. Light & Power: a. Locate meter on outside of enclosure. b. Show location of electric secondary on site plan. c. Locate existing electric system on south and west side of restaurant. d. Verify new electric service does not interfere with existing electric system. e. Need Commercial Service Form (C-1 form) with electric load information. 3. Current Planning: a. Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application becomes null and void. Your response to the City's concerns is due by March 6, 2001. A 30 day extension to this deadline is available. All requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning Director.
