Stormwater Utility Department, Poudre Fire Authority, Stormwater, Technical Services: a. No Comments. 2. Light & Power: a. There is not transformer or a source for power near this cell site. Contact Alan Rutz at Light and Power at (970) 224-6153 3. Transportation Planning: a. Coordinate the easement to include a pedestrian access easement along College Avenue where a sidewalk is planned to be installed with Kathleen Reavis of the Transportation Planning Department at (970) 224-6140. 4. Engineering Department, Zoning, Advance Planning: a.. See the attached comment sheet and/or redlined plan. 5. Current Planning: a. Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application becomes null and void. A 30 day extension to this deadline is available. All requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning Director. If remaining issues are those that do not require plan revisions, a status report verifying continuing efforts toward resolving the issues is required within the same timeline. b. Label the pole location more clearly on the site plan and enlarged site plan on sheet C-1. c. Graphically represent the 6 foot high CMU enclosure on the site plan and enlarged site plan on sheet C-1. d.. It seems that some of these drawings should be combined. There are two drawings labeled "site plan." One is located on page C-1 and one is located on page A-1. e. Use a thicker line for the property line and label it on all drawings that show it. f. Currently the 30 foot wide utility easement overlaps the ditch easement. You will need ditch company approval to do this. g. Label all lines and symbols on the drawings. h. Dimension on the site plan(s) the distance the pole is from the nearest property line and also the distance from College Avenue. If the pole is closer to the property line than 60 feet (it appears to be), put a general note on the plan that explains how the pole will not fall onto the adjacent properties or street right-of-way in the event of a structural failure. i. What are the 4 small squares located just outside the CMU enclosure on the "survey information" drawing? Please clarify. Be sure and return all your redlined plans when you resubmit.
