Dear Resident:
On Friday, December 1, 2000 at 3:00 p.m., in the Current Planning Department
conference room, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO. 80524, the Planning
Director will conduct a public hearing regarding a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as Replat of Lot 3 of the Scarpella Subdivision,
#27-00.
The request to replat Lot 3 of Scarpella Subdivision would create one additional building
lot for a single family home. The property is located at 2400 West Prospect Road, across
the street from Bauder Elementary School and east of Fuqua Drive. The new building lot
would be 7,554 acres in size and take access off Evergreen Drive.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
