Please refer to the attached comment sheet and redline utility plans from Engineering. Please note the following: A. The backyard sidewalk is shown straddling the property line. Why not shift the property line slightly east so the 9.73 feet of walk is located entirely on Lot 2? ( w a) I< vvid be rem+ a ✓e d 2. Please note that a Swale is requested between the proposed residence on Lot 2 and the existing residence to the east.
