I will not be able to attend the meeting, but I would like to give you my opinion. I am not in favor of this proposed lot platting for two reasons. The foremost reason is that it is so close to Spring Creek, which in recent memory flooded up Morningside some distance. I don't think there should be a building lot there at all, much less room for a five-plex. Putting a building lot there would be putting people in harm's way. The second reason is because there is already an awful lot of traffic up and down Morningside. More would not be better. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Andrea K. Gr enwall
