Dear Ms. Pivonka:
On June 11, 2004, you contacted the Current Planning Department to express
opposition to the above referenced project that was heard by the Administrative
Hearing Officer on June 17, 2004.
On June 18, 2004, the Administrative Hearing Officer approved the project. A
copy of the Administrative Hearing Officer's decision is attached. This report is
sent to citizens and other parties -in -interest who provided input on this project.
