Can not use the statement that you have that states that you do hereby vacate the platting of the above property. Only City Council can vacate a plat and this is not going to City Council. Use the standard dedication language. Note #2 provided covers the vacation of previously dedicated easements. Add the following to the end of that note to make it clear that the easements shown on this replat are to be dedicated with this plat. 'and rededicates them as shown hereon.' Number: 27 Created: 5/25/2004 [5125/04] There seems to be two sheet 6A in for review. I have a mylar sheet that was just submitted that is different that the blueline sheet in this set for review. Which sheet it the one you wish to be reviewed and approved? If these are to become two sheets they need to be numbered 6A and 6B and duplicate information should be removed (ie details). Nothing should be bubbled on either one of these sheets nor noted in the revision block area as both are new sheets. Remove note regarding wall design to be provided prior to construction of wall.
