The driveway area between building 0 & E must be screened in accordance with the Parking Lot Perimeter Landscaping requirements in 3.2.1(E)(4). This requires the vehicular area to be screened from the adjacent off -site residential uses by,the use of a fence or wall 6 feet in height in combination with plan material and of sufficient opacity to block at least 75% of light from vehicle headlights. d. I highly recommend a decorative low fence treatment to protect kids from wandering from the play area into the swale along Harmony or onto Starf lower. This could be done with a picket or rought iron fence. Corner pillars would be a nice design feature on the fence.
