Please clarify symbols for existing and proposed point elevations. It looks like there are 3 symbols that are getting mixed up. Please provide additional point elevations as requested on the plans. COLLINS, CO 80522 Staff has reviewed your submittal for 208 and 214 PETERSON, REPLAT #43-00, and we offer the following comments: ISSUES: Current Planning 38 Issue Contact: Cameron Gloss Site Plan -bedroom count If basements are to remain part of the proposal, the site plan note needs to be changed to reflect that these are 3-bedroom units, with 1 bedroom upstairs and 2 in the basement. 39 Issue Contact: Cameron Gloss Floor Plan -Redwood Deck still shown The site plans were changed to reflect the previous comment about encroachments into easements, but the new building floor plans show a "redwood deck" within the easements. Please remove the encroaching portion of the deck frorrr the floor plans. 40 Issue Contact: Cameron Gloss Review Process As soon as all of the following issues are satisfactorily addressed, the application will be scheduled for an Administrative Hearing. A minimum of two weeks notice is required prior to the hearing. Engineering 10 Issue Contact: Katie Moore Drainage Plan: Please show that flows from side yards and driveways abutting the paved and newly graded sections of the alley are not impeded by the new grading/pavement.
