Utilities must be installed underground and, if located in an alley, shall be in
place prior to the completion of alley surfacing. 3.3.2 (d) 7. 1 have confirmed
with Qwest that telephone service has not been undergrounded. (Cable TV has
been undergrounded.) Conduit needs to be provided and has not been
addressed on the plans.

For the 16' cross-section, the cross slope as shown is 4.2%. The maximum
allowable cross slope is 4.0% (1.02.03.14 c). Please correct. Also, please add
note as shown: grade to match existing grades (typ).
Please clarify symbols for existing and proposed point elevations. It looks like
there are 3 symbols that are getting mixed up.
Please provide additional point elevations as requested on the plans.

Site Plan -bedroom count
If basements are to remain part of the proposal, the site plan note needs to be
changed to reflect that these are 3-bedroom units, with 1 bedroom upstairs and
2 in the basement.

Floor Plan -Redwood Deck still shown
The site plans were changed to reflect the previous comment about
encroachments into easements, but the new building floor plans show a
"redwood deck" within the easements. Please remove the encroaching portion
of the deck frorrr the floor plans.

Review Process
As soon as all of the following issues are satisfactorily addressed, the
application will be scheduled for an Administrative Hearing. A minimum of two
weeks notice is required prior to the hearing.
