There are existing historic residences on the West 100 feet of Lots 7 and 8. Both houses have had repairs and improvements made. The Historic Preservation Board has had a hearing regarding the preservation of the two existing residences. Another objective is to create a lot on the East 90.00 feet of Lots 7 and 8 to construct a duplex with access off the alley. The duplex will have compatible materials to the two existing residences on Lots 7 and 8. The duplex will have the same character of the East Side neighborhood.
