Re: Conversations and Phone Messages
12/12 File was given to me to route. It was determined that the file was not complete and would
need some additional information. I went to Cameron Gloss and informed him of this. He
then made some calls to Tom Peterson in regards to the incompleteness.
12/14 I called and left Tom another message on his voice mail in regards to what was needed and
never heard back.
12/18 I spoke with Cameron and told him I had not received any information from Tom as of yet.
We seemed to be playing telephone tag.
12/20 I received a call from Tom Peterson requesting I transfer him to Eric Bracke. He told me he
knew he needed to speak with me but he "was busy putting out other fires" to which I
responded OK.
12/27 Tom called and asked that I call him onl/2/01
12/28 Tara faxed him a petition
1/2/01 Called Tom- was asked to fax petition again. Explained that I needed the 6 petitions plus a
$300 fee for APO.
1/02/01 Tom stopped by and picked up two copies of the petition and application.
1/11/01 Tom stopped in and I had to sit down with him and go through the submittal. I finally took
one complete copy of the petition and agreed to make copies of the plat as well as the petition.
The check is stale dated and we are going to go ahead and send it through.
