February 7, 2001
On Wednesday, February 21, 2001, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., in the flex room of
Kruse Elementary School, 4400 McMurray Avenue, the City of Fort Collins Planning
Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is the 2021 Timberline Lane Rezone —
File #3-01.
This is a request to rezone approximately .75 acres form UE — Urban Estate to HC —
Harmony Corridor. The property is located at 2021 Timberline Lane; north of Harmony
Road, south of Horsetooth Road, east of Lemay Avenue and west of Timberline Road.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
