Attention: Kimberly Straw 3555 Stanford Road, Suite #105 Fort Collins, CO 80525 Subject: Ridgewood Hills Rezone File # 4-01 Dear Ms. Straw: Staff has reviewed your proposal to rezone Tract L of Ridgewood Hills PUD First Filing and has the following comments: 1. No access points to Tract L from Trilby Road will be allowed at this time. Access to Avondale Road will be reviewed at the time of PDP. 2. At this point in time, it is_ staffs intent to move the request to rezone Tract L forward as part of the larger 14-acre site. Therefore, the applicant for the rezoning request will be the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services, rather than Melody Homes. If staff's intentions change we will notify you as soon as possible. Contact me at the number below if Melody Homes would like to act as the applicant for Tract L. 3. The Planning Commission agenda is full for March 15th. Given the amount of neighborhood interest, staff has decided to delay the public hearing for this request until April 5, 2000. It is likely that the item will take more than one hour to complete. No re -submittal of materials is required.
