off at camp in Estes Park at 4:00 p.m. today. Vicki Diehl from my office and Dave
Klockeman from J.R. Engineering will be the project's representatives at the hearing in
my absence. I very much appreciate your assistance in moving this project forward
expeditiously, notwithstanding the various problems.

Re: Swallow Office Building Project
Dear Cameron:
I wish to acknowledge two errors I made in preparing submittals for this hearing.
1. Note #12, which appears both on the site plan and the utility plans, was not
corrected to the revised note language, which was suggested and we have
approved, as follows:
"Future potential vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian access to be provided to the
abutting property owner to the west. These accesses are secured by dedicated
access easements granted to the City of Fort Collins. Such accesses shall be
considered secondary as primary vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian access to the
abutting property shall be gained via adjacent public streets and sidewalks.
The necessary improvements to construct such access, including all earth work;
utilities work; curb; gutter; asphalt; concrete; landscaping and irrigation repair;
replacement and enhancement; and all other costs shall be negotiated between
the abutting developer and the Office Owner or Office Owners' Association at
such time in the future as the abutting property seeks Final Plan Approval for
redevelopment."
Accordingly, please make project approval conditional upon the correction of this
note language.
2. Due to my failure in communication with J.R. Engineering, the engineering
redlines were not responded to. Accordingly, please make project approval
conditional upon J.R. Engineering's modification of the utility plans to reflect the
several small changes requested by the City.
