City of Fort Collins 281 North College Avenue Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-0580 RE: Request for Extension to the Re -submittal for the Stoddard Property Overall Development Plan Dear Mr. Gloss: On behalf of our client, we .hereby request •a sixty-day- extension to the re -submittal date of August 29, 2001 for the Stoddard Property ODP. There are major issues associated with the access to the property that cannot be.resolved prior to August 29". We are working to meet with City staff in with the project to determine the most appropriate way to resolve this issue. Our client is currently exploring mechanisms io create an affordable housing project at this site and needs the additional time to explore options and develop partnerships. Therefore, the new deadline shall be the end of the day on October 19, 2001.
