Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, July 18, 2001, at 4:00 p.m., at 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins,
Colorado, 80525, the Hearing Officer of the City of Fort Collins will hold a public hearing
to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as
Swallow Office Building, P.D.P., File #45-00..
The request is for a 7,195 square foot, two -and -one-half story office building located at
the southwest corner of East Swallow Road and Remington Street. The site is .48 acre
in size. The zoning is C, Commercial.
The building would front on Swallow Road. Parking would be in the rear with access
out to Remington Street.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
