City staff has indicated that the requirement for a transportation impact o study would be waived if the daily trip generation would be less than rn 100 trip ends. z The proposed office building will be a two-story building with = a total floor area of 7195 square feet. Using Trip Generation, 6th d Edition, ITE as the reference document, it is estimated that this building would generate 79 trip ends per day. This is calculated using a daily trip generation rate of 11.01 trip ends per 1000 square feet for the general office building (land use Code 710).
