Re: Swallow Project / Potential Future Access to West
I have met with Kathleen Reavis and discussed this fully with her.
We are in agreement that it is a good idea from a Transportation Planning standpoint to
indicate both on the plan and the plat that there is a right to potential future access from
the Swallow Building parking lot to the west. Furthermore my understanding is that: 1)
at least one primary full movement access is maintained from the adjacent property /
business to the west directly off of College or Swallow, 2) any additional contribution of
property or landscaping and all expense required to install such future potential access
is subject to a review and approval in advance by office building owners and engineers,
3) no stormwater is released from adjacent property onto office building property, 4) any
additional land required to construct such access is provided by the adjacent owner and
such access is designed as a low -traffic secondary access as a convenience to
customers and clients from the office building and the business to the west and 5)
commercial delivery trucks and vehicles of every nature shall be prohibited from using
this secondary access way.
