The Engineering Department feels that the following items should be a condition of approval for
this project.
1 NA«
All signed easements and row documents u i3Lbe provided, along with filing fees, prior to
20 final compliance approval.
The escrow of $10,500 for the local street improvements shall be submitted prior to the final
compliance approval.
3. The #need to wo wi ante fo any work w' hen the ro W fo connections,
J stage in set y im a rowar quire traffic control.
/ 4 J That they show and label a future walk running along the back of the Row and show/ indicate
that there will be future street trees within the Parkway. This should be shown on the site plan
and the utility plans. We want this to make sure that it is clear that these items will be there
so we do not have to fight with them in the future about the installation of a sidewalk above
there water line, nor the proximity of street trees to their water line.
They should be made aware that additional comments maybe forthcoming. I have asked for comments
back on the plan on April 30 and that they should not submit final compliance plans until after those have
been received and comments are addressed.
Hope this information helps in preparing for the administrative hearing for this project.
