Jr Planning and Environmental, vices Current Planning City of Fort Collins Dear Resident: April 6, 2001 On Friday, April 20t', 2001, at 3:00 p.m., in the engineering conference room at the City of Fort Collins building at 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., 80524, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an administrative public hearing for a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Summit View Pump Station Type I (LUC) — File #5-01. This is a request for a below -ground pump station for treated water for the North Weld County Water District. The pump station would be located on the west side of Timberline Road (formerly County Road 9E), just north of the Larimer and Weld Canal (Eaton Ditch). The site is approximately one-half mile north of East Vine Drive and one- half mile south of Mountain Vista Drive. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
