Dear Mr. Grubb,
The following is in response to your comments dated March 6, 2001.
2. Collocation was not a viable option for Sprint PCS. There are no existing collectable
tower locations that would meet Sprint's coverage objectives for this area.
3. Sprint is location on the roof of the Fort Collins Club and does not have an exclusive
agreement. In the future if the owners of the building desire to enter into another wireless
lease agreement Sprint's agreement does not prohibit the owners from doing so.
4. Locating Sprint's antennas at the existing height of the building would not meet Sprint's
coverage needs for this area. The existing building height is to low and is surrounded by
many tall trees that would have blocked the RF patterned. (Please see attached RF
propagation map).
5. All antennas and support structures shall be painted to match the existing building colors.
6. The antenna support structure has been redesigned (please see revised drawings).
7. The antenna support structure has been redesigned (please see revised drawings).
8. The screening material has been redesigned (please see revised drawings).
9. The landscaping plan has been redesigned (please see revised drawings).
10. Please see note on revised drawings.
