On Wednesday, November 14 at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon as possible thereafter), in the
conference room of the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department, 281 North
College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing
Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as The Meldrum/Myrtle 4-plex PDP — Type 1
(LUC), File #13-01.
This is a request for a 4-unit townhouse on 9,000 sq ft. The property is located at the
SE corner of Meldrum and Myrtle: north of Myrtle Street, south of Mulberry Street, east
of Meldrum Street and west of Howes Street. Zoned NCB — Neighborhood
Conservation Buffer Distrist.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
