Mountain Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80524 Issues (note: some comments were assigned the same number, our responses follow the exact order of the comments.) Dry Utilities 46 Refer to Stewart & Associates drawings. Advance Planning 49 Scale has been enlarged from architectural scale of 1/16"=1'-0" to engineers scale of 1"=10' to allow more detail. Most all of the suggestions for landscape planting changes have been incorporated. The walkway has been modified, tinted and brick bands have been added per suggestions of Clark Mapes. We feel, however, that increasing the pavement to "plaza scale" adds too much hardscape to the project and we have maintained a more simple sidewalk approach. 50 The street fagade was changed to look like the entrance to a single-family home. A contextual elevation is provided showing the compatibility with the neighboring structures in terms of scale, architectural character, materials and color selections. 51 We have discussed demolition of the two garages with Karen McWilliams and will process an application through her office. Building & Zoning 47 UBC sections have been verified and meet accessibility requirements per UBC 1103.1.9.3-3 and City of Fort Collins UBC Amendment 1101.1.
