This development is to be located south of West Horsetooth Road and immediately east of the Pleasant Valley and Lake Irrigation Canal in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado. We have also reviewed the proposed design of the three irrigation laterals serving our properties. We have reviewed the proposed site grading and drainage plan and the site utilities plan, dated July 25, 2001 and prepared by JVA, incorporated.
